If any scam from the seller, we have the proof for buyer to take action.About steam coal:GAD 6300-6100, can be 50000 to 200000mt per month but I doubt Indonesia has such big money for 200000mt vessel. The unloading port can be south and north of China, we won' t reveal the unloading port name if we can't proof seller is real. For China, you know they want it CIF, they don't believe Indonesia even will get goods ready if they send vessel. Payment is always non-transferrable LC at sight 95% or 98% and 5% or 2% after CIQ in China. Some buyer accepts 95%+5%. Performance bond 2% non-operative is always issued by seller first, and buyer will only issue non-transferrable operative LC upon receipt of seller 2%PB and activate said PB automatically. Most of Chinese does not believe seller is capable of issuing 2%PB after receipt of buyer LC.
