Looking for Usance Lc

We are looking for Usance LC Provider with no Upfront Fees , so we send the Proforma Invoice to the Provider , then make contract with him ,the Provider send draft Text , we issue ICBPO or Escrow in Malaysia , Provider Issue Usance LC , after recive in our Bank we make Verification and after positive Verification we wire the Payment.  Plz send us full details .
