Most saleable are Seabass, Halibut, Gindara, and Salmon. These can be cut according to required specifications. Tuna, readily available in collar, belly and tail cuts, is also in demand to grilleries and restaurants. Several choices of fish fillets are also offered including Alaskan Pollock, Cream Dory, Kisu, Barramundi, Grouper and Tuakang.
