buy Metal Folding Bed

We are interested in 1,000pcs by container load of the attached pictures metal folding beds in the size of 70cm & 80cm.
The beds are really simple and easy to produce. The bed must not be mounted, but produced in three separate parts.
1. the two side profiles with the board on them and the folding leg.
2. the central part (looks like a long table) with the four legs.
The rest four pieces of flat metal, wrapped together.
If any manufacturer can produce after viewing, please send us your best quote with validity date for:
1. Price of 1 bed 190cm x 70cm.  Quantity 500 pcs.
   Price of 1 bed 190cm x 80cm.  Quantity 500 pcs.
2. We need only the bed parts + MDF just 6mm will do but without mattress.
3. the color of the bed will be darkbrown.
4. Shipment date how long after confirmations for 1,000pcs orders?
