For power transmission line project, monopole is one good choice for power transmission due to its less space, less time to install and are aesthetical in appearance. Compared to conventional lattice tower, monopole towers use a minimal space requirement, and with a solid and stable structure from which to add additional carriers. 

Our Main Poles Shape
These poles are made up of hollow steel poles, some shape as round, or hexangular side, octagonal side, 12-sides, 16-sides or others shape as per client requirements. 
Transmission poles can be manufactured as one large piece, or as several small pieces which fit together. This type of pole often used in city power transmission grid, with little space, economic and lower cost. 

Fabrication Process of the Poles
Monopole Transmission Towers are manufactured in complete knocked-down condition following the procedures as per our quality assurance plan. The general of production procedure is briefly describled as Fabrication and Galvanizing. 
Process of fabrication comprises of cutting, bending, welding, strengthening, Then the products are ready for galvanizing which is one of critical process in all production.
Details of Galvanizing:
1. Degreasing of tower parts with Sodium Hydroxide solution.
2. Pickling to clean up the surface with HCl solution
3. Rinsing twice with fresh water to remove the acid content.
4. Fluxing wth synth flux to prepare surface for galvanizing.
5. Drying on hot plate.
6. Dipping in zinc bath with 99.95% pure zinc at 450° C to 465° C temperature.
7. Quenching in water.
8. Dichromating.
Thickness< 5mm, galvanization thickness≥ 460G/M² (65um)
Thickness> 5mm, galvanization thickness≥ 610G/M² (86um)

Machines Needed Fabricating the Poles
