ASTM A299 Grade A boiler steel plate, ASME SA299 Grade A pressure vessel steel plate are specification for carbon steel and Manganese-Silicon. As for thin plate SA299 Grade A which produced from steel coil SA299 Grade A and furnished without heat treatment or just with stress relieving only, the additional requirements, including additional testing requirements and the reporting of additional test results shall be applied for A20/A20M steel standard.

Low temperature impacting test

Normalized for thick plates over 40mm

Simulated post-welded heat treatment (PWHT)

Rolling under standard NACE MR-0175 (HIC+SSCC)

Issued Original Mill test certificate under EN 10204 FORMAT 3.1/3.2

Shot blasting and Painting, Cutting and welding as per end user’s demands

5.Delivery conditions: N/ T/ N+ T/ Q+ T/ TMCP

6.Test: UT test/ impact test/ PWHT / Z15 Z25 Z35 etc.
