1, for the new design products, we charge USD 50 as sample fee and will take 7 working days to make new sample. Sample fee is refundable after order confirmed.

2, if you choose our exist products and we have stock, we charge 3 times products price, and refundable after order confirmed. (All of above sample freight is charged by buyer, hope can get your comprehension!)

1, what is your MOQ? How many sizes and color I can get?

 

KUKE: 1) our new products MOQ is 300 pcs / item, you can get 3 different colors and 5 sizes

 

       2) ready made stock products MOQ is 20 pcs/color/item.

 

       3) if the color is common color we can provide 2-3 colors for customer. If the color is special color, there will be 1 color available.

 

 

 

2, what is your delivery time?

 

KUKE: the delivery time is according to the order quantity and styles ordered and production plan, generally 25-55 working days for 1,000—10,000 pcs.

 

 

 

3, what is your packing? And how do you shipping goods?

 

KUKE:

 

Inner: 1 pc/poly bag-- 5 pcs/lot--carton outer,

 

Carton size: 80 x 50 x 60 cm, 0.24 CBM/carton.

 

About 105 cartons / 20” container MAX,

 

     225 cartons / 40” container MAX,

 

     240 cartons / 40” HQ container MAX,

 

PS: Carton quantity per container is for reference, according to different product and carton size, carton quantity will be different, and quantity/carton is according to the products ordered.

 

 

 

4, what’s your main product? What you can do?

 

KUKE: our main product is children sweater, and other products include children sweater, T-shirts, shirts, coats, formal girl dress and skirts, pants, etc.

 

 

 

5, How much is your sample fee, can be refunded after I place order? include shipping or not?

 

KUKE: 1) sample fee for new design product is USD 80/pc;

 

       2) sample fee for ready made stock product is USD 50/pcs.

 

       Sample is refundable after order placed, and sample fee do not include shipping costs

 

 

 

6, if I make new sample how long will you take to make new sample?

 

KUKE: new sample time will take7-10 working days after receive sample fee, according to different design products sample time will be a little different

 

 

 

7, how do you ship goods and how long I can get my goods?

 

KUKE: we provide international express, air and sea transportation

 

1)    Express will take 3-6 days for different countries and areas;

 

2)    Air will take about 5-8 days for different countries and areas;

 

3)    Sea transportation will take 18-28 days for different countries and areas.

 

For example, generally take about 25 days to North America and EU such as USA and UK.

 

 

 

8, what material you can do?

 

KUKE: our material include cotton, wool, cashmere, acrylic, polyester, rayon, etc, customer required material is available

 

 

 

9, can you do woven patch logo for my products?

 

KUKE: yes, we can do that.

 

We can do embroidery, woven patch, hot fix rhinestone, soft rubber, water printed, silk screen print and transfer printed logo and pattern.

 

 

 

10, what payment styles you can do? T/T or else?

 

KUKE: right now we provide T/T and Western Union for the payment, and 30% as deposit, the balance of 70% before shipment or against copy of B/L.

 

 

 

11, what is the shipping fee to our country?

 

KUKE: shipping fee will be different according to different order quantity, shipping manner and different countries.

 

If shipping by express, let’s know the full address and zip code;

 

If shipping by air, let’s know the airport;

 

If shipping by sea, let’s know the name of the port,

 

we will check shipping cost for you.

 

 

 

12, do you do FOB only?

 

KUKE: no, generally we do FOB term, and we can accept CIF, CNF term, also. If you have special requirements, let’s know that, we will try our best to fulfill your requirements.

 

 

 

13, if I come to China and visit your company, could you come to my hotel and pick up me to your company?

 

KUKE: yes, certainly. We can arrange vehicle to your hotel to pick up you to company have a visit.

 

 

 

14, could you prepare sample for me for check quality?

 

KUKE: YES, we can do that. Let us know the kind of product you are interested, we will try our best to prepare relative samples for you.
