Terms of sales:
1) The price you paid for the item exclude any customs tax, our company does not under any duty in destination country;
2) We usually mark as gift electronic products for low cost on the commercial invoice and we are trying to help you to minimize or avoid and GST or VAT or other import taxes, but we cannot guarantee no tax, charge as it is depend on the policy of your country.
Shipping:
After we receive your orders, we will send the parcel 2-5 days after the payment verification.
(1).We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
(2).Usually you can choose the following shipping methods;
A: China post, hongkong post, SG post 15-45days.
B: DHL or UPS, TNT, FEDEX 5-10days.
C: EMS 7-20days.
(3).Package to North America, Europe and Asia can be sent by all the shipping ways.
(4).Package to Russia and South America can be sent by EMS,China post.
(5).Package to Brazil can be sent by EMS,China post , if need to be sent visa DHL,you must offer CPF/CNP.
(6).Package cannot been sent by DHL for remote place, instead of EMS.
(7) suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Warranty:
(1)All products are 100% brand new and tested one by one including accessory
before shipment, the faulty rate less than 1%.
(2)If there is some problems about the products when you receive your items, please return it within 7days
for replacement or money back, please contact us by Email or trade manager before return; we will response within 24 hours; normally we afford all costs incurred.
(3) All products have 1 year warranty. After 1 month, if there are any quality problem, please contact us for the return procedure, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending back. We are responsible for the shipping cost to the buyer.
(4) All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, exact reason, Order NO for the return.
