1-MCP 3.5% Wettable Powder for Keeping fresh

 

We have 2 kinds of formulation for 1-MCP:

1. 1g 1-MCP 3.5% WP can effect for 15m3 Refrigeration House.

2. 0.5g 1-MCP Sachet can effect for 0.055-0.06 m3 max.

  

1.Product Introduction:

 

New Sunshine 1-MCP fresh keeping agent, the main component is 1 - methylcyclopropene, which is found by scientific research to be the most effective ethylene inhibitor in recent years. It has no toxicity, no residue, no pollution to the environment, and has been widely used in keeping fresh for fruits, vegetables and flowers. 

 

 

2. Mode of Actions: 

 It can extend the postharvest storage and shelf life effectively, especially for such fruits, vegetables, 

 and flowers which are sensitive to ethylene.

 

3. Instruction for use:

   Firstly, close the windows and the door;

   Then solute 1-MCP powder in 1% KOH or NaOH solution, it would release 1-MCP gas and inhibit ethylene. ( The dosage of 1-MCP is based on the square volume of your Container or Refrigeration House);

   At last, close the container or refrigeration house timely, prevent 1-MCP gas leakage

  

4. Product Applications:

 

Fruits:

Apple, pear, kiwi fruit, peach, persimmon, apricot, cherry, plum, grape, strawberry, melon, jujube, water melon,

banana , custard apple , mango, loquat , bayberry , papaya , guava , star fruit and other fruits.

 

Vegetables

Tomato, garlic, pepper, broccoli, cabbage, eggplant, cucumber, bamboo shoots, according to oil, beans, cabbage, 

bitter gourd, coriander, potato, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, celery, green pepper, carrots and other vegetables; 

 

Edible mushroomsHongxi mushroom, abalone mushrooms.
Flowers

Tulip, alstroemeria, carnation, gladiolus, snapdragon, carnation, orchid, Gypsophila, rose, lily, campanula

 

 

 

5. Matters need attention:

  • Airtight storage is the key to influence the 1-MCP effect.
  •  1-MCP is through inhibition on ethylene, to keeping fresh. Therefore, 1-MCP would not caus any
  • 1-MCP is through inhibition of ethylene on the ripening of fruit, to maintain freshness. Therefore, 1-MCP does not cause any damage to the fruits.

 

6. Packing for 0.5g sachet :0.5g/ sachet, 200 sachets/ bag, 30 bags/carton.

    Packing for 1-MCP 3.5% WP: 1g/ sachet, or as per clients' request.
