Chain Roller blinds drive the bead wheel running to supply the running power of arbor wheel along the roller wheel in the torsional spring's loosing direction, together with support plat to drive the roller tube running and drive the fabric remove up and down.  Chain Roller Blinds Component Parts

1) Chain roller blinds are consisted by the components of chute, clutch, chain, code, bottom rail, fabric etc.

2) The aluminum alloy tube is 28mm or 38mm diameter with the anodic oxidation treatment surface and smooth pvc plug-in unit.

3) The fabric is no need to be sewed and the fittings is scientific and rational logistic, with the function of anti-skidding and auto-lock in the operating process.

4) The chain is smooth, little friction, against break.

Clutches and chain

Chain roller blinds should use different chain bead according to the requirements. Only the diameter, space of the chain bead matching with the clutch, the optimal using effort could reach.

1. Plastic dense chain bead:

The friction and break between chain and clutch are little, equal load-carrying, smooth and steady running, Long service life.

2. Plastic thin chain bead:

The usability of thin chain bead is similar as the dense. Slight low strength, the drape property is much better.

3. stainless chain bead:

High strength, better drape property, lower influence of circumstance, more durable, a little expensive, used in high and heavy blinds

Installation Methods

1. Installation Methods of the hanger of top tail

The hanger of top tail is fixed on the position 40 to 60mm that the both ends of the products frame located in. As the width of the roller blinds is above 1510mm, it is available that the third hanger of top tail attached is fixed on the middle and the three hangers should be in one straight line.

2. Installation of Products

(1) Two hands hold the frame and insert it into the hook of the outside of top rail hanger (the side of installer). The top installation insert from the outside of top rail hanger (the side of installer) and the side one insert from the underside hook of the top rail hanger.

(2) After the frame insert the hook of the top tail hanger, balance the right and left to make sure the position.

(3) As the arrow direction in figure, the other end of the frame inserts the hook of the top tail hanger, it shows install successfully after hearing the sound.  

(4) Make sure the hanger of top tail is fixed well completely.

3. Product’s deinstallation

   (1) Press the button of the top tail hanger.

   (2) Pull as the arrow direction in the figure

   (3) Take the frame down from the hook of the top tail hanger at the end.

Maintenance Methods

1) Use the towel polish the dust.

2) Don' t use the product where there are water. The fabric may be go mildew.

3) Don't use the product where there are dew, The fabric would be distortion and could not roll up smoothly.

4)  Avoid shinning from direct sunshine, the fabric may be fade and discolor.

Measuring Methods

A. Top Installation ( install in the inside of window frame)

The width is to substract near 10mm from the size of inside of window and the height is equal to the inside of window’s.

B. Side Installation ( Covering the surface of window frame)

The height and width equal to the corresponding size of the outside of window frame.
