A pinch valve is a full bore or fully ported type of control valve which presents no obstruction to flow passage. There are a few types of pinch valves based upron application.Pinch valves used for ususlly employ a device that directly contacts process tubing.Forcing the tubing together will create a seal that is equivalent to the tubing's permeability.
Major conponents of a pinch valve consists of body and sleeve. The sleeve will contain the flow media and isolate it from the environment hence reducing contamination to the environment.
Pinch valve specification:

Installation and maintenance:
1.The valve size with mechanical industry standard, before they leave the factory after testing, according to customer Pipe specification, please select flange standard for installation
2.For corrosive flow medium,Rubber material with PTFE,or high temperature application.EPDM,VITON are available.Normlly, we use the NBR rubber,So keep the sleeve clean to protect rubber.
3.The valve in the pipeline, the flow direction of medium,Rubber lined without leakage, when need repair, exchage new tube removed ,the body of the valve body,long-term use,can be econimical.
