Ingredients

Tapioca Starch, Water,Caramel Flavour,Xanthan Gum,Cuar Gum,Maple
Flavour,Sorbic Acid (under 0.1%)

How to cook

1. Boiling 7000cc water to 100°c

2. Put 1kg tapioca pearl into pot, and stirring

3. Start to braise for 25min when pearls floating

( Do not forget cover the lid when braising)

4. Turn heat off and move pot along to decrease temp 

5. Add sugar or syrup in pearls

6. Well done
