Scrap Oil Refinery Pyrolysis Equipment WITH Huayin Reactor

This is a safety device.

First,it can separate the oil and water,cause all we know oil is lighter than water.

Second.it can avoid the tail gas come back to the reactor.If the gas come back to the reactor,it will be very dangerous,it’s the reason of explosion.

When the tail gas come back to the reactor,when you discharge the carbon,the oxygen also will come into,if the temperature is also very high,OK,the accident happened.

But if there is a separator,the tail gas will never come back to the reactor,if you want to know the secret,welcome to China.

For our oil tank beside the machine,capacity is 1.5ton,totally,two tanks.

I heard some company provide very big oil tanks,that’s the biggest taboo among oil processing.

Cause when the oil tank is empty,there is still some sticky oil on the broadside of oil tank.If the temperature become to high,the oil will be changed to nature gas,very easy to explode.

Just oil tanks,not a secret,if can,why not us provide bigger one?

This is patent,this is designed by our boss,also our engineer,a safe deivce,principle is very simple,use the moter and water pump keep the water rotating at a high speed,keep there is a vacuum,then can suck all the gas from reactor,before 100 degree,can suck all the steam,there will be no water in the oil.And also if all the gas is sucked to the back,inside the reactor pressure will be negative,more safe.Also the pyrolysis tempreture will be lower,can save energy.

Our design is standard system,use pressure nozzles and chemical to removing the ash and sulfur.

Only the water steam come out from the chimney. No any pollution,if you want to know more details about this,I think we can show you in our 2000 square meters demo factory.

This is really a headache.After lots of experiment,now,two ways to take the carbon out from the slagging pit.

First,use the vacuum tank suck it,like a cleaner,very convenient,but the temperature can not be very high,need wait cooling the carbon.

Second,screw conveyor,even the carbon is hot,still can take it out,but need separate the steel very well.

You can choose according to your condition.
