Application:

Series ZYB mobile oil regeneration system built in oil reclamation unit into onebody, which is used for overhauling and installing the electric insulating equipments which are running as energized or de-energized, such as transformer oil, switch oil and mutual inductor oil ect. It is especially applied to regenerate and purify the seriously deteriorated insulation oil. The functions include dewatering, degassing, discoloring, removing the impurities, free carbon and deep oxides, recovering the oil acid value ect. It makes the oil reach the new standard.

 

According to fieldwork requirement, this machine  can be mounted on the car wheels, which can be easy to move to any work point by traction. It is special suitable for purifying the oil which locate in different fields.

 

Features:

1. It not only have common vacuum oil purifier’s function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, but also this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides,acid, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like anti-oxides, acid- alkali water-solubility

2. Three ways of using: the vacuum dehydration, degassing and particles removal system. They can work independently, so dose the regeneration oil system, and also they can work at the same time.

4. Installation of car tyres, Bridge shock absorber, braking system and steel welding of entire trailer

7. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.

8. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.

9. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
