the whole process:
1Use autofeeder and our shovel to feed
2,After 1-1.5 hours feeding
3.After close the cover of the reactor,then set the fire in the furnace
4.After two to four hours heating,it is according to your heating material.then the oil come out
5.The oil come out and lasts for 8-10hours.
6.After all the oil come out,there is no need to wait ,you can discharge the carbon black directly.fist open the door in the cover
7.Then open the door in the reactor,remove the screw,then close the door of the cover to discharge
Safety
1) Pressure gauge, alarming device, safe valve.
2) We have anti-clogging device, in case of jam, there will be antomatic alaiming, automatic exhaust and automatic decompression.
3) Using 245R/345R boiler plate or 204/205 stainless. The thickness of part by fire is 14/16/18mm, other parts is 12mm.
4) Automatic welding, processing according to standard of head of pressure vessel.
5) With proprietary vacuum system, it is much safer on condition of negative pressure.

Working Process of Pyrolysis Machine
Firstly,the auto-feeder can push the waste tires or plastics into the reactor by using hydraulic pressure which has 60 tons push power; It isn't need workers put the tires and plastic into the reactor, realizing the continuous production.
(1)reactor: The material is Q245R (high temperature resistant)boil steel .The thickness is 16mm. Fifth generation reactor can bear 10-15Pa pressure,when the inner press of the reactor exceeding 5 Pa, it will opened automatically.
(2)catalyst room:buffer action,catalysis, reducing pressure.
reducing the speed of oil-gas .
(3)condenser pipe: We manufacture the condenser pipe based on interlining pipes, the oil-gas will be rapidly cooled after the condenser pipe, and then go into the oil-water separator.
(4)oil-water separator: it has one second water in it and has water sealing effect to prevent high temperature oil gas retrograde and avoid blockage. About 67% of heavy oil will be separated here,to flow into the (7).
(5)(6) Horizontal condenser: Each horizontal condenser has 69 small pipes in it, the diameter of each small pipe is 48 mm, length is 3000 mm, each condenser cooling area is 31.19square meters, through condenser about 30% of light oil can be separated,to flow into the (8).
(11)(12)waste gas condensing tower : about 3% oil gas will be separated ,and then come into another oil tank.
(13)(14)Anti-back fire device: it is also water sealing effect. there are three fourths water in it, which can prevent backfire, and avoid accidents. Special design about waste gas recycling system can remove the gas(CH4/C2H6/C3H8/C4H10)which below C4 and H2 (hydrogen) to heat reactor as fuels, not only saving energy, but also preventing environmental pollution.
(15)Dust removing device: it's dual desulfurization and dust removal device, there are 20 high-pressure nozzles in dust removal device, the dust remover can press alkaline water into high-pressure nozzles by water pump, and alkaline water neutralizes acidic materials from black smoke which produced by fuels(coals/oil/gas) heating reactor. In addition ,dual desulfurization and duster finishing with“s”style design principle, finally can reaching national emission standard as steam.
(16)draught fan: It is the smoke less than 200 degree exhausting from furnace, which controlled by draught fan.
(17)dedusting tank: dust removal tank is the second stage to remove the dust.
steam through (18)the water vapor cooling tower. and then discharged from the chimney.
(9)negative pressure equipment: when feeding the reactor , open the vacuum equipment, it could make the whole system in negative pressure stage, from motors and vacuum pumps ,steam from the reactor is pumped into the(10)buffer tank,then vacuum control box. It could keep the whole process safety.
In the processing of tire pyrolysis machine ,there will be dust and odor,through the de-dusting system and vacuum system ,the dust and odor could be removing.
when one batch is finished,it takes two hours to cool down,then discharge carbon black.
open the round door on reactor first,then open the square door on reactor cover rotate the reactor anti-clockwise,it will discharge automatically .And we also have Vacuum adsorption equipment,that is easily to collecting the carbon black.
When clean the steel wire ,you can use the steel wire hook machine,just need to put the hook to the reactor,start the motor ,the steel wire can be pulled out.
No need workers put into the reactor ,take it out.
This link will producing 45%-50% crude oil; 30% carbon black; 15% steel wire ;3%-5% waste gas and water steam.
One bath totally need about 20hs -22 hs.
