1.Working process

First, the raw materials are put into the furnace, then seal the feed inlet then the bottom of the reactor will slowly heat the wastes by coal or wood. When the temperature reaches the degree of 250 to 280, we will get the crude oil, the oil steam will be continuous produced until the temperature reaches 300-400°C; oil steam will flow through light and heavy components separating device; light component will enter the condenser and meanwhile the residues will be discharged . But the liquefied part will be condensed to oil, and the part that cannot be liquefied will be input into heating supply system for burning by way of combustion gas purification system.

2.Safety: 

(1). Our factory uses auto welding machine for the reactor, which can improve the working efficiency and guarantee the quality of welding lines, so that can avoid explosion caused by gas leak.

(2). Professional testing for the reactor before sending from factory, which can garantee the safety of the plant.

(3). Our plant includes professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve to make sure the safety.

(4). We have special design for dealing with the exhaust gas(C1 to C4), during our process, it is safety burned through the  special designed device.

3.Environment friendly:

(1). Well water dedusting system with high pressure nozzle and environmental damper inside can avoid black smoke.

(2). The exhaust gas will be directly recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution

(3). Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.

4.The andvantage of the reactor

5.The advantage of the cooling system :
