This is the our new coal honeycomb Machine- Beehive Briquette Punching Machine.

 

This is our latest design for making Briquettes ( Hexagon shape, Round shape, square shape and etc), and this type of Briquette Machine has big capacity compare with the Traditional Type- Screw Extruder.

 

 

We have improved the honeycomb coal briquette machine. After many times improvement and test, a new type honeycomb coal briquette machine is produced.

 

 

 

This type briquette machine is called full closed coal briquette machine with high pressure. The motor is fixed in the inner side of the machine, so it could ensure the higher safety performance but lower energy consumption.

 

 

 

Features of coal briquette machine:

 

1. the reduction is by the inner gear, not by gearbox.
2. higher pressure & forming ration due to the inner gear.
3. the punching part installs a limited high device, and the height of final coal briquettes can be adjustable.
4. easy and convenient installation, just connect the machine with power if the base is stable.
5. add the reverse function, and it wont damage the machine.

 

 

This machine has compact struture and simple design. It includes several parts: main body, driving part, feeding, punching and pressing and transmission part. And every part is running well, which also has stable performance.
