Dunba Power Saving & Maintaining addtives for medium and small equipment is a power saving and environmental friendly products as compound of Nano Metal Particle,polymer,and multifunctional additives,which is made of our own intellectual property rights(Patent No. ZL200810032849.1).It have not only function of super lubricating,selfrepairing but also of good antioxidation,and good antifriction.

3.Technical Characteristics

1)This product is produced by organic and inorganic nano materials, not only possessing the function of strong lubricating & resisting extreme pressure of organic material, but also having intelligent self-repair performance of inorganic nano material. In the process of friction, the nano particle is induced by the friction heat, rapidly penetrating into the micro defect on the surface of metal friction, quickly repairing uneven friction surface, and forming extra smooth,high hardness friction surface, not only reducing the friction coefficient, but also improving the performance of extreme pressure and anti-wear, thereby achieving the effect of power saving ,noise reduction and extending service life.

This product is stable in various lubricants,is suitable for power-saving and maintainance of midium and small equipment in the fields of spinning,papermaking,chemical industry.

 

5.Usage

Add mixed product to lubrication system, normal usage is about 1%-3% of the total lubricating oil. If you have any problem, please consult the manufacturer.
