RTV silicone rubber is room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,which is a kind of liquid fluidity rubber.It is different from natural rubber for it is an kind of artificial organic silicone rubber. RTV silicone rubber is a new materials which is applicable for many fields,such as moulding,printing pad,sealant.etc.

 

Component A is white flowing liquid and component B is the curing agent ,Get an accurate scale (gram scale) to weigh Parts A 100 gram and 2 gram part B. mix thoroughly for 3 minutes making sure that you scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container several times. After mixing parts A and B, vacuum degassing is recommended to eliminate any entrapped air. If don’t have vacuum machine, please add less part B less 2% of curing agent so let silicone de-air itself, and Let mixed rubber seek its level up and over the model. A uniform flow will help minimize entrapped air. I

Post curing the mold will aid in quickly attaining maximum physical and performance properties.
