PTFE sheet
PTFE sheet is processed by mould press casting and turnery.
Turnery PTFE sheet : PTFE resin is used for semifinished products by mould press casting,then shaped by firing and turnery.
1.PTFE sheet Application
PTFE Sheet is not only used for backing strap/gasket ,seal components and lubricating material in all kinds of corrosive medium under -180°C~+250°C,but also made of Electrical insulating parts which are working at all kinds of frequency.
2.PTFE sheet Appearance
(1)The color of PTFE sheet is natural colour of resin
(2)Uniform texture,Smooth appearance,without flaw,air bubble,lamination,mechanical damage,tool marks and other defects.
(3)With little degree of tightness with cloud spots.
(4)Allowed less than 1 pc of 0.1~2mm non-metallic impurity in the 10×10cm area.
