Its excellent oil resistance is known. In addition, PNBR also has good abrasion resistance, aging resistance, gas tightness and conduct electricity, which is applied in the rubber industry widely. It is mainly used in oil resistance products, sealing products, adhesives, anti-static rubber products. PNBR is a sort of PVC modifier, and produce flame retardant products together with the PVC.

1, Product Character
GM30 series of powdered NBR are resin modifier ,which are specially for high molecular materials such as PVC modification, they have good compatibility with PVC resin. They can highly improve the oil; resistance, cold resistance and aging resistance performance in PVC products. They show high decentralism, easy operability, particles refining and other advantages.
2, Main Grades
GM30 series products adopts middle temperature polymerization reaction, get powdered NBR through special agglomeration technology which shows good low moony viscosity, slightly(half) crosslink and middle acrylonitrile content. There are three grades Customers can choose according to their own formula system and products requirements.

3,Application Advantages
1)oil and solvent resistance
PNBR contains much –CN group, it can improve oil and solvent resistance for PVC.
2)cold resistance
Due to PVC mocule’s no flexibity and elastic chain structure, so it shows bad low temperature resistance. Add PNBR elastomer, and its low temperature resistance performance can be improved.
3)Excellent insulativity
When only use PVC, insulativity is not good, if add PNBR, it can improve the products’ electrical resistivity.
4) Abrasive resistance
PNBR can improve abrasive resistance performance foe PVC observably, and increase the products’ service life.
5)Skid resistance
PNBR can improve slip resistance performance for PVC observably; the slip resistance of PNBR/PVC can be compared favourably with TPR.
6) Plasticizer durability
Most soft PVC adopts low mocule material plasticizer, and its products will be easily oil injection and bloom, When add PNBR, it can firmly attract plasticizer mocule to reduce plasticizer’s moving speed. And PNBR is elastomer, when add PNBR, it can increase products’ elasticity and reduce the dosage of plasticizer.
7) Stability of melt viscosity
The melt viscosity of PNBR/PVC is stable in wide temperature range, also relax products processing operating conditions.

4.1 mixing
n Put PVC resin and other solid auxiliaries into high speed blender to mix foe 5-10 minutes;
n When the temperature of high speed blender rises to 80°C, add liquid plasticizer and continue mixing until the temperature rises to 80-120°C, then keep foe 5-10 minutes.
n Put the mixed material into cooling blender, when the temperature below 40°C, add GM30-2.
4.2Plasticazing pelleting
The plasticizing pelleting of mixed material can proceed in traditional PVC thermoplastic processing equipment, It can adopt single screw or double screw extruder to pellet, the pelleting temperature usually is in 140-180°C. The revolving speed of extruder depends on particular case.
4.3Molding
n Extrusion technology:120-170°C
n Injection technology:150-190°C
n Calendaring technology:150-170°C
5,Safe Guidance
1,Should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated room, storage temperature 5-35°C, prevent exposure, rain or pressure.
2,No need use special security measures, as long as good industrial practices to follow to. Prevent dust formation and away from fire.
