1,Main purposes:

Filtering of medium-high viscosity liquids such as beer, white wine, grape wine, beverage, spice, citric acid, enzyme preparationgrease, sugar, resin and paint, etc

2,Manufacturing description:

This product adopts high quality diatomite ore with SiO2 more than 85% and is calcined by using dynamic rotary kiln after being dried, crushed and baked. The calcining temperature is between 850°C and 1150 °C. Add some latent solvents during calcining. After calcining, grading sorting machine will be used for fine sorting and products passing the inspection of the quality inspector will be warehoused.

3,Storage conditions

Products should be protected from rain, moisture, sunshine and corrosion during the storage, and also can’t directly contact the ground and should be piled on the pallet or the moisture proof felt board. Number of storage layers can’t be more than 30.

4,Cautions during transportation

Products should be protected from rain during the transportation. The transportation with polluted, corrosive or sharp metal items is prohibited. During loading or unloading, they should be handled gently. Direct dropping from height or lifting with hard objects such as iron hook is prohibited to ensure intact external package.

5,Package specification and material

25kg or 1000kg PP woven bag with inner liner.or it can also be arranged according to the customer's request.

6,Using of diatomite filter aids:
1. Condiment: monosodium glutamate, soy, vinegar, salad oil, colza oil, etc.
2. Beverage: beer, rat fee, yellow wine, fruit juice, wine, beverage syrupy, etc.
3. Pharmaceutical: antibiotic, vitamin, refined traditional Chinese medicine, filling for dentistry, cosmetics, etc.
4. Chemical products: organic acid, mineral acid, alkyd, oil paint, vinylite, etc.
5. Industrial oil products: lubricating oil, additives of lubricating oil, petroleum additive, trussed metal sheet oil, transformer oil, coal tar, etc.
6. Water treatment: daily waste water, industrial waste water, effluent treatment, swimming pool water, etc.
7. Sugar Industry: fruit syrup, glucose, starch sugar, sucrose, etc.
