vacuum tube furnace with the imported silicon-molybdenum rod as heating elements adopts double-shell structure, intelligent temperature control system, phase trigger and SCR control. Furnace chamber uses polycrystalline alumina fiber and the double lured between the shells are equipped with air-cooled system to do fast heating and cooling.
