We have a range of 28 standard colors as following fabric color chart. If you don’t see what you are looking for please tell me the PMS number we will be try to find the most matched fabric for your bag. We can also dye all our fabrics to your exact PMS color for quantities of 20,000.
What can I print on the bags?

1.Silk screen printing suitable for simple images up to about 6 colours and most bag print in this method.
2.Offset printing suitable for laminated material.The printing quality is most exactly like picture on paper.Need print the logo on the opp films then the films laminated on the material.If a complex image is required,offset printing provides a fantastic result but at significant printing mould cost (around 100USD to up).
3.Hot stamp printing suitable for more complex (photo quality) images.
Using high temperatures and heavy pressures for a certain amount of time,the transfer is permanently embedded into the product. This printing is ideal where a complex image is required (eg. with graduated colors or shadows) and can reproduce photo quality onto most fabrics.This process is slower and therefore more expensive than screen printing, and unlike screen print, the cost of a heat transfer image is directly proportional to the size of the image. Set-up costs and production cost is higher.

So send us your artwork by email as a JPG or PDF file and we’ll mockup your bag for your confirmation before mass production.you will be amazed at how much easier it is to visualise your bag design when you receive our sketch.
How can you send you art work?

Art work can be sent by Email. We provide free design.Your artwork should be in JPEG, PNG, PDF if it is simple, and you should provide CDR. or AI. when the art work is complex(Especially offset printing).
