1. Enquiry to ENCI Group -- Get Professional Offer/Price |
2. Confirm the price, artwork, sample charge, sample time, lead time, payment terms etc |
3. ENCI Sales send the Proforma Invoice with ENCI stamp |
4. Customers make the payment for sample or deposit and send us the bank slip |
5. Initial Production Stage-inform the clients that we have got the payment, and will make the samples according to your photos or samples to get your approval; After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time |
6. Middle Production - send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in. Confirm the estimated delivery time again. |
7. End Production - send bulk productions' photo for clients' approval. Also you can arrange the third party for inspection. |
8. Clients make the payment for balance, ENCI book the vessel and ship out the goods by sea, air, express after receving the bank slip or money. Inform the tracking no. and help to check and advise the status to clients. |
