1.Small wood pellet line/straw pellet line is especially fit for home use or factory to do trail experiment .

the small line is organized by crusher +screw conveyor + pellet machine .it can press 2-8mm diameter biomass fuel pellet ,animal feed pellet and fertilizer pellets .the last pellet length can be 

adjusted.

2.small wood pellet line/straw pellet line can press raw materials from biomass waste such as sawdust,

rice husk, agricultural stalk,straw,peanut shell,sun flower,paper,plastic, also can press animal feed 

materials such as grain, soybean,maize and fertilizer materials such as animal manure and plant waste

3.Small wood pellet line/straw pellet line key pellet machine inside flat die got national patent ,which has

 the unique advantage to enlarge the flat die diameter , so roller assemble and bearings are both 

enlarged , then the flat die pellet machine parts -rollers, flat die, bearings ,vertical shaft e.c.t can bear larger pressure than ring die pellet machine. 

Ring die pellet machine inside ring die is limited by its diameter , can not produce large pressure. 

especially for high crude fiber biomass,must need high pressure to press them into good pellets,  So

 flat die pellet machine is more fit to press biomass materials and ring die pellet machine is mainly

 used to press animal feed materials, because they are mainly cereal, which contains high protein , when 

met high temperature ,will pasted together into pellets , no need high pressure . 

4. Small wood pellet line/straw pellet line can make animal feed pellet, also can make biomass fuel pellet

,fertilizer pellets for farm use , the engine can be changed into both diesel engine and electric motor or 

work connect with tractor PTO shaft. Very convenient to operate.
