Machine can make high quality cotton bale package straps , full automatic PLC controlling the whole line. Germany design procedure in production.                  

 

 I.           PP strapping belt production machine   working procedure :

 Material pre-treatment (drying system)----parallel twin screw(or single screw) extruding system----mould-----stable temperature water cooling system---7 roller pre-heating system----5 rollers first stretching system---constant hot air stretching tank---5 rollers second stretching system----embossing system---hot air forming system ---3 rollers haul off---water cooling tank ---3 rollers haul off---winding.

III. some special strong technology and experienced design 

 

1. crystallization and drying system 

this system is different with all other factory’s system, we had got 3 patents in designing .

 

a. oil enclosed heating the pet scraps. Oil can keep a stable and high temperature to the scraps, the scraps can get evenly heating , and get fine crystallization and drying effect .

b. strong drive gear and chain, ensure the container working in a stable condition

c. two tanks working together insure long time heating , to keep a big capacity of processing .

this system is very important in pet straps production, the pet bottle scraps IV must rise above 0.75, it can make high quality straps. Pet bottle scraps initial IV is 0.6-0.68.

2. extruder  

  Single screw and paralle twin screw.  single screw suitable for low capacity producing.  twin screw has big capacity, also with water exhaust system.  twin screw produce cotton bale packing straps. 

3. screen changer:

in pet material producing, screen changer is a very sensitive unit. This is pet scraps is a very special material: it is dirty, has a lot of dust , must get out dust. Another is the pet material can not enter air , if enter air, the straps will full of air bubble, when use the straps, easy to broken. Our screen changer, we designed by experienced engineer, avoid the air enter material from outside, when change the screen, will not stop the machine. Also will not spend material like common back flash screen changer.

4. mould

 

in the mould design, the flow channel and pressure design are important. Good mould can help to get good shape straps before stretching. We have the same design with German mould. The flow channel ‘s shape, angle, size, and direction , all will match high quality pet straps’s 5.5-6 times stretching.

 5.water tank

 

water’s temperature , water inlet’s design, rough straps passing route all will effect the straps shape and quality. 

We design water inlet to be no-wave enter , water come out from the pipe with holes, water flow will not effect water wave, will not effect rough straps’ passing . we design over flow channel to let extra water go out. We designed with electric-magnet valve to automatically control the water’s temperature, when temperature rise, the valve will start to work itself , enter cool water . we add moving motor to move the tanks, because in the producing, the tank need move when start. This can keep precision position of the tank to matching the mould.

 

6. stretching roller.

our machine has 4 groups of rollers, one  set of seven rollers  unit,  two sets of 5 rollers units , 1 set of 3 rollers unit 

 Surface of roller , chromium thickness 0.4mm, no other factory can do so thicker than us, because we know the chromium layer is very important for the straps’ stretching . the roller drive by gear, not chain. If china, the roller’s working will be not stable.

Also we have mould temperature controller to control the oil circulation temperature inside the roller.

7. the heating oven tank

inside, we use the heating wings heater to heating , not heating pipe. The heating wings will keep a stable and evenly heating to the tank, two ends of tank have warm keeping unit to avoid thermal go out.

8. forming unit

this unit designed according to how to remove the internal stress, upper of this system is heater, use blower to spread the heating to the straps. down side is the water cooling tank.

a. motor drive open and close the door 

b. motor drive the tension roller (two roller had different diameter, make by completely round steel blocks) 

c. water circulation system.

9. winding unit

have the same design as Korea pet straps winder. This winder can wind hard pet straps into perfect rollers without any wrinkle or broken.
