Product Description  

 

Model JSSG-51-  III hydraulic hose crimping machine is mainly used for crimping processing for high pressure rubber hose assembly in the mechanical engineering. It can also be used for crimping the two-way bends, especially large bends and irregular shape bends. This machine features small and portable appearance, big force, low noise and easy to operate. The Operation of hose crimping machine

 

Operation:
Based on the size of the rubber hose to be crimped, select suitable die as per the technical specifications reference table of hose crimping and mount it on the die base. By well regulation of the scale position as per the data in the table, the hose crimping can be done.

 

After crimping, use a vernier caliper to measure the outside diameter dimension of the pipe sleeve to see if it meets the reference table data of the parameter. If it does not meet the data, the scale shall be precisely regulated until it meets the requirements. Because the manufactures of the pipe sleeve are different, specific dimension, material, hardness etc are certainly not the same.

 

These factors would result different influences on the hose crimping result, therefore, the data in the table is only for reference, the detailed data take the pressure test as the basis.

 

Notice:
1. When crimping, make the joint to locate the die center as much as possible.

2. Prevent tool and other outer matter from entering the locking head.
3. After work finished each time, the eight-block die base must extend to the greatest extent, this can make the spring at extension status in order to prevent the spring from damage.
4. When working, the hand should not stretch into the locking head.
5. The power supply must be switched off when maintenance is done.
