Features of Ice Cube maker machine:

 

1. High Production Capability. The production of our ice cube plant can reach 90% to 95% in summer. When the environment temperature is below 23°C, the production of our cube ice machine can reach 100% to 130%.

2. The cube ice is safe to eat. As to the material of cube ice machine, we use 304 stainless steel for the frame and outer shell plate and use Nickel-plate Brass material for producing ice maker (ice molds). The whole processing of cube ice reaches the international standard for hygiene.

 

 

3. Greatly save energy, only 80-85kW.H power is consumed to produce one ton ice.

4. The whole processing is automatically and it can reduce your cost in worker.

5. Ice dropping and outgoing automatically, reduce the possibility of contact by human, which can guaranty the ice clean and sanitary.

6. Special ice outlet screw. Ice discharging automatically, No need taking ice by hand which can guarantee the ice clean and sanitary, meanwhile, it is matched with ice packing system to package the ice by plastic bags.

 

 

 

7. Save space. Reasonable designing makes our ice cube plant optimized and compact. For a whole machine of CV3000 including cooling tower, the land area is less than 6 square meter. And in order to save space, the cooling tower can install outside.
