HGX series mono-block filler/ROPP capper is suitable for yellow wine bottling. This series of machine are special designed for wine that required hot-filling. Low vacuum filling technology is utilized, and level correction mechanism is also equipped. The speed is from 5000 – 18000 BPH (500 ml glass bottles)
This machine is a filling and capping integrated machine after many years manufacture experience in the company combining with the development of wine industry chara cteristics,mainly use for the wine filling at high temperature or room temperature,combining with instantaneous UHT ultra-high temperature stenilization system to automatically cycle work.This machine is designed scientifically and ogically,the system is perfect,The operation and maintenance are convenience,a high degree of automatic.It can also also be used for other non-gas heverage bottles,filling and capping at capping at high-temperature or room temperature.

D.CIP systems
CIP system is used to clean the inside of filling tanks, pipes, valves, etc. It is normally used for juice filling, carbonated soft drink filling, and sometimes, for water filling. The CIP systems is consists of clean liquid tanks, heat exchange plates, that are used to heat the water by steam, and pumps to recycling the clean solution inside the filling tanks and pipes.? We have manual operated CIP systems, Semi-automatic CIP systems, 2 tanks CIP systems and 3 tanks CIP systems.

I.Clean room
Clean Room is used to accommodate the filling machine. The clean room builds a clean environment to prevent the beverage from contamination during filling. Filter clean air is applied from the roof down to the filling machine to generate a positive pressure on the filling area, and there are also boot washing and air blow cleaning at the entrance of the Clean Room.
