1. The machine should be designed to manufacture 10”,12”,14”,16”,18”,20” elbows . (Ø273 – Ø508 mm)
2. Radius of the Elbows to manufacture should be R=1.5D
3. Mandrels and their poles for STD and XS thickness should be supplied together with the machine .
4. The machine and the mandrels should be designed for the elbow thickness max. 16 mm.
5. The machine should be designed with two pushing cylinder each with capacity of min. 200 T.
6. Stroke of the cylinder should be min. 5000 mm
7. Cylinders speed should be as follows;
   1. Fast forward max. 3000 mm/min.
   2. Fast backward max. 6000 mm/min.
   3. Cylinder working speed should be 0-800 m/min.
