The extruder with vertical gear reducer adopts automatic temperature-control system to adjust melting temperature,the screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation.The double-die can realize single or double-face coating.width of coating &laminating can be regulated,and stepless speed regulation is to control coating thickness and laminating speed.The photoelectric meter of edge correcting assures the accuracy of coating.automatic edge cutting.counting,edge-blowing,perforating,edge-folding,cutting-off and winding devices are applied
