Performance and Characteristics

 This nonwoven fabric laminating making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene 7 polyethylene at melting status, the machine adheres and laminates paper or color-printed OPP&CPP film to Non woven fabric, nonwoven bag underpressure, and though cut-off and extruder with helical gear reducer of 20CrMn Tialloy steel adopts automatic temperature-control system to adjust melting temperature, the screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAIA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation. The double-die can do single or double-face coating, width of coating & laminating can be regulated,a nd stepless speef regulation is control coating thickness and laminating speed, 6 wind-up station for material feeding. The gas-liquid edge correcting for rewinder assures the accuracy of coating.Pneumatic roller can assure even pressure. Automatic edge-blowing, edge-cutting, cutting-off and winding devices are applied.
