2,steam consumption: 250-300kg per ton raw material;

3,Electricity consumption : 12-19 KW.h per ton raw material;

4,water consumption: 0.2m3 per ton raw material ;

5,residual oil of meal : less than 0.5-1.5%;

6,residual solvent of meal: less than 500ppm (passing detonation test)

 

Requirements for extraction material,steam,water,electricity etc:

1,moisture of extraction material :5-8%;

2,Temperature of extraction material: 50-55°C;

3,oil content of extraction material: 14-18%;

4,thickness of extraction cake: less than 13mm;

5,Powder degree of extraction material: less than 15% (30 meshes);

6,steam:: more than 0.6Mpa;

7.solvent: national standard No.6 solvent oil;

8. Power electricity: 50HZ 3*380V ;lighting electricity:50HZ 220V ;

9.Temperature of supplement water: less than 25 °C hardness: ≤ 10;

10.Volume of supplement water: 1-2 m3 / t raw material;

11.Temperature of recycle water: less than 32 °C.

Quality requirements of crude oil:

1,moisture and volatile matter of crude oil: less than 0.25%;

2,impurity content of crude oil: less than 0.2%;

Acid value of crude oil (mgKOH/g) : less than 7.

 

Production quality index:

1,transparency : clear and transparent.

2,smell and taste: no strange smell;

3,color (lovibond colorimeter 133.4 slots) ≤ R1Y10;

4,moisture and volatile matter: ≤ 0.10%;

5,impurities content : ≤ 0.10%;

6,acid value (mgKOH/g) : ≤ 0.12;

7,peroxide value (mmol/kg): ≤ 3.

 

Oilseeds scope of oil press: soybean oil,sunflower seed oil,rapeseed oil,cottonseed oil,peanut oil,palm oil,

copra oil,rice bran oil and other vegetable oil.

 

Craft features:

1,continuous alkali refining shortens contact tome between oil and lye,which reduces oil saponification 

state,lowers refining consumption,and improves efficiency;

2,decolorization craft adopts technology of combining premixing and steam mixing bleaching,which 

improves bleaching efficiency,saves consumption of bleaching clay, and it is simple and convenient

 to operate ; besides,negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the air from contacting with hot oil,

thereby ensuring oil product quality ,inhibiting with hot oil,thereby ensuring oil product quality,inhibiting 

acid value to rise again,and lowering peroxide value;

3,physical refining section adopts new type continuous deacidiffication and deodorization craft,which is 

applicable for vegetable oil of high acid value and low resin content,the actual production proves its 

most obvious advantages as following: strong deacidiffication ability ,excellent hot bleaching effect,high

 refining rate ,good oil quality etc.

4,the process has multiple heat exchange,which makes full utilization of heat energy,effectively 

reduces steam consumption , and also has the advantages of adjustable production process ,flexible 

operation,high automatic degree,environment sanitation and so on.
