30 mil pvc recharge card for mobile phone

1) Material : art paper / black layer paper

2) Size   : CR80(85*54mm) / as per customer's requirement

3) Thickness:

 Paper card may has 250g/300g/350g/400g/500g etc.(400gsm is common use)

4) Design : Can free design according your request,or send your own design in CDR/AI/PSD format.

5) Printing: Silk-screen printing/Offset printing/ UV film

6) Craft   : scratch off panel/pin code/barcode/wrapped with opp bag/ gloss lamination/matt lam nation/laser film/coating varninshing /UV

7) Application: prepaid card/ scratch card /calling card/international phone card/ E-learning card/game card/ lottery card/ promotional card/ voucher /coupons/

2 For the size and thickness of card

As the 250g / 300g / 350g paper card is not the standard card, you need pay another plate charge. 

And if the size is not the rectangle, as the size of credit card, you need pay the tooling charge.And for the 

standard size,we usually make the card with rounded corners.

3 For surface craft

You can choose one side or two sides of the card to make the surface craft.And the UV is for pin number ,

logo ,barcode or QR code.

4 For the scratch off panel

 Usually, there are one pin number and one serial number on one scratch card.And the scratch off panel 

covers the pin number, then the serial number is around the pin number and will not be covered by scratch 

off panel.However, we can also do more scratch off panel according to your request,that says we can offer 

several pin number and serial number on one scratch card,and this does not fit for the pvc / plastic card.

5 For sample

sample is available and you will bear freight.                          

1. sample is free If just send sample card we made before for you to test the quality.                                                              

2. If make sample according to your artwork, then you will request to pay sample charge.
