Kingfix A100 Paintable building coating
A100 building coating is a white,water based sealant with excellent sealing,fast curing for construction,It is mainly used to seal cracks,joints and slits on door and window frames,window sills,siding,stairs,skirting,roof gutters etc.

Usage
- Seals cracks and imperfection of concrete

Application Instructions
- Surface must be dry, clean and free from dirt oils, stains or other surface contaminants. Remove all loose materials.
- Always use a standard caulking gun to dispense the sealant
- Caution: The use of a caulking gun is critical and highly recommended to ensure best finish and faster application.
- Ensure that sealant is in contact with both sides of joints and gaps. Use foam backer rods as necessary.
- Remove excess sealants and smooth of with flat knife. Applied sealant is touch dry after 30 min. Protect from water exposure for at least 4 hours after application. Can be painted over after 2 hours.
