Return policy
1. We can accept goods return if any quality issue is found in 5 days after you receive it and before you use it. After quality issue is confirmed by photo, you can return it to us and then we can 100% refund you or ship another new packs to you.
2. For the goods return, we pay for the shipping cost of new replacement but you need to pay the shipping cost back to us for the one you find quality issue.

General Care:
Our product is 100% human hair, if you can't take good care of it, it will get tangling and sheding, exactly same with our owned hair. The following provides general guidance:
1. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair or dry naturally. Do not expose to sun!
2. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do not brush!
3. Wash and condition hair regularly. Hair conditioner/hair lotion is helpful for hair treatment.
4. Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair!
5. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly!
6. Brush straighter hair in a downward motion straight hair with the ends. Work your way up to the roots.
7. Certain items should not be brushed. EG braids, domes, ETC. Consult your hair stylist if in doubt.
