Weare currently in the process of making the procedures much easier forbuyer's. We will have the contract signed with Brinks in about a week.This procedure, as it stands now, will consist of the following steps.I will confirm once contract is executed.
1. Buyer issues LOI containing a "Wish List" to the Attention of CBGT/WPL
2. Upon receipt of the LOI, the Seller will issue a "Letter of Assurance" which:
- States that the diamonds are being reserved for him and that the Buyer has 5 days to provide a BCL.
- Contains a "Pro Forma Invoice"
3. Buyer to submit BCL and Letter Authorizing Confirmation of the BCL addressed to the Seller's Attorney.
4. A parcel is assembled according to the wish list.
5. Parcel is moved to Brink's (Congo), Brink's lodges the parceland has their gemologists evaluate and confirm quality of all of thediamonds in the parcel.
6. Seller/Brink's then provides to theBuyer: The Manifest / The Contract / The Invoice / SKR fromBrink's / Brink's Gemologist Report (Brinks will guarantee the parceland the findings of their gemologist evaluation).
7. Buyer issues payment to Brink's
8. Stones are Kimberly Certified at Seller's Expense
9. Seller pays export taxes, clears parcel through customs and ships/delivers parcel to Buyer's designated location.
