terrazzo bathtub suit for hotel resort, villa and home private owner
free-standing Terrazzo, Composite Stone bathtub.
Keep in mind - The Terrazzo stone bathtub is obviously a lot heavier than an enamel bath.
The bath is made of terrazzo, which is a mixture of marble stone pieces, concrete and other flecks of stone.
The bathtub is made of natural and reconstituted stone. It was handmade by expert craftsmen from carefully selected materials. Markings and irregularities may be apparent, are natural characteristics and should not be considered imperfections.
Installation is the same as a normal bathtub as far as plumbing is concerned. The hole in the bath will fit any standard Australian connection.
Regarding care instructions, terrazzo stone baths should not be cleaned with any of the normal acidic shower products; these are to be used for enamel bathtubs only. You only need to use a soft cloth with warm mild soap.
The bathtubs and basins are custom made to order, crated and packed ready for freight.
The Delivery costs will be at the buyers’ expense.

TERRAZZO Care Instructions:
It is important that you note the following important points to ensure that your bath maintains its high class finish
+ Do NOT use abrasives such as a scouring pad
+ Do NOT use caustic cleaners such as shower cleaners as these have high acid content EG: WHITE KING, BLEACH ETC
+ Clean ONLY with soft cloth, warm water and a simple bar of soap. Baths are not to be cleaned with normal acidic shower products as these are for enamel baths. Terrazzo requires very little maintenance to keep the surface looking like new. For everyday, routine cleaning we recommend wiping the surface with warm soapy water and a damp soft cloth.
Plumbers please note: DO NOT use turpentine, or other products to clean the surface after installation
Installation: is the same as a normal porcelain type bath as far as plumbing is concerned. The baths obviously are a lot heavier than enamel baths, so you need to consider this when choosing. Always speak with your builder regarding the flooring
