Inspection:          SGS or equivalent International Surveyor Company in accordance to usual 
                           methods and procedures that comply with international standards, all cost
                           at loading port to be fully paid by Seller and all costs at discharge bay to be
                           fully paid by Buyer
Unit Price:          FOB MPOB Benchmark market price
Payment Terms: Irrevocable Transferable Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit from top 25
                           World Banks and acceptable by Seller's Bank

Specifications for CPO- Certificate of Quality

Quaity of CPO shall be in accordance with the PORAM standard. Some of the basic specifications are as follows:

Transaction Procedures:
 

1. Buyer on receipt of SCO issues an ICPO with full banking details and right to soft probe or Bank Comfort Letter (BCL).
2. Seller will issues a draft Contract Open for amendment.
3. Buyer will amend accordingly and upon acceptance of the contract by both parties, a Table Top Meeting will be arranged between End Buyer and Seller to conclude the transactions.
4. Seller will show Proof of Products or previous successful track record to fulfill the contractual requirements.
5. Buyer's bank issues the TRDLC within 5 banking days form the date of signing of the contract.
6. Upon completion of all verifications, delivery commences as scheduled.
