Product detail:
This is an original 18th century Queen Anne Mahogany tray top tea table that is 23 3/4" x 30 1/2"(top) x 26 1/2" high. The top, which is an early replacement, has a substantial overhang of the base(3 5/8" sides and 5 1/2" ends). It has a 1" molding that wraps around the edge of the top to form a tray. The skirt sports original elegant cut-outs and was at one time made into a drop leaf base so that the 2 sides had been cut for leaf supports. These have been nicely filled in and are barely noticeable. The table has an old refinished surface that has nicely mellowed and shows the usual wear. The top at one time had several shrinkage splits which are now together. Although restored, this early table is in excellent condition and ready for use in a home or office. I will do my best to describe each item as accurately as possible.. Any questions, please email, they will all be answered
