GSM production monitoring system is a system that is used in real time to monitor the production line problems. Downtimes of machines lower productivity and reduce revenue and delay in deliveries to customers.
Model : WT 1010LM interfaces with production equipment to provide emergency call and instant messaging to production managers, engineers or technicians of an impending problem or breakdown or stoppages due to no raw materials.
This GSM emergency alert system can be installed to monitor equipment condition, incoming power failure, power generators or batteries. Technical crews are immediately notified via phone call and SMS with clear description of fault and location of such failures.
Up to 8 admin phone numbers can be programmed. These are mobile phone numbers to which the GSM unit should call and send SMS messages. Here, you can program the technical, engineer, security personal, managerial level numbers etc. You can program the unit to send sms alarms to one or all admin when emergency or machines break down during midnight or after office hours.
WT 1010LM is flexible enough to direct different types problem to the correct people. For example enable the system to call the certain numbers when input triggered or AC power failure. Enable all numbers if machines break down or enable certain number if material shortages.
The unit also supply together with an emergency intercom which can be attached to the production equipment. When the production operator press the intercom button, the preprogram mobile phone will ring and production operator can speak to the technician or engineers for any help or machines procedure guidance
The engineer also can control the 2 x 30A output relay contact by SMS from his mobile phone to turn on/off or reset the machines, ELCB/MCB and On/OFF critical power supplies.
The GSM alert system configuration is performed via PC programming or remotely via SMS. You can remote manage the device even you not in the office.
