Nanofiber Production System consist of
- high voltage power supply,
- syringe pump,
- collector drum,
- spinneret with scanning movement setting,
- chamber with temperature setting up to 50 deg.
- Computer software control
Computer software control parameter setting provides selection of suitable parameters for manufacturing of polymers, ceramic, polymer/ceramic, etc nanofibers with 50 nm to a few microns diameter range.
Computer software controll of electrospinning parameters including
- injection rate of polymer solution,
- work distance(X & Y axis),
- high voltage strength,
- rotating speed of collector drum,
- working temperature .
All parameters can be save for future work.
NEU 301 built in safety cut out protection for users with respect to the handling of a high voltage power supply and overload of system.
