Product detail:
We are processors of spices in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Our processing starts from collecting from farm collectors, to our factory.
Once received, it is sorted and dried in Air Drier with controlled temperature.
Chillis will be steam sterilised before it is ground into powder.
Packing:
5kgs x 5 bags (nylon plastic bags are used to keep aroma for longer shelf period) and packed in cartons
