1. Quantity / month : 50.000 - 600.000 MT per month each Kcalory ( as buyer order )

B. Shipping Vessel Term

1. Anchorage Point : South kalimantan or East Kalimanat Muara Berau, Muara Jawa,.

2. Loading Port : South Kalimantan or East Kalimantan Kutai Kertanegara, Kutai Timur.

3. Delivery Time Loading : 35 - 45 days after receipt of comfirmed SBL/C on or DLC on.

4. Surveyor : Geoservice/Sucofindo/Carsurin

5. Loading Rate / day : 11.000 - 16.000 mtn/day

6. KP (S) locatiom : South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan Kutai Kertanegara, Kutai Timur.

7. Total Hectares of Kp(s) : 35.000 Ha ( 4 KP) + more mine

8. Production per annum : 6.000.000 Mt – 7.000.000 Mt

9. FCO Validity : Price can change anytime ( fix when we do final draft Contract )

 

10. Loading port for South Kalimantan :

Jetty : Power Citi & LAC,Butulicin, TanahBumbu,South Kalimantan, or other as agree.

Transshipment : Anchorage TanjungPemancingan Open Sea
