MINING OPERATIONS AND PRODUCTION CAPACITY
a. Mining Operation is currently concentrated in 8,800 hectares of Mining Rights, operates open cast mines utilizing conventional trucks and shovel equipment. Coal from the mine site is transported to the main stockpile with dump trucks. The average of coal hauling distance from the pits to the main stockpile is about 20 km to 40 km in KPP Sei Putting 40 km in Sei Selai
b. Total Production capacity ± 200,000 MT per month (dees 10m)
COAL PROCESSING, STOCPILE AND TRANSPORTATION
a. Coal Processing Plant Coal delivered from the mine site to the main stockpile in raw coal then processed and crushed to meet the requirement. The crushing plant capacity is totally 8,000 MT per day. Quality control becomes the highest priority in the section to obtain consistent product quality. Coal product will be piled separately.
b. Stockpile 10 hectares capable to pile ± 80,000 MT coal in KPP Sei Putting Jetty; 10 hectares capable to pile ± 120,000 MT coal in Sei Selai Jetty
LOADING FACILITIES
Loading facilities are using conveyor and truck, with loading rates minimum 3,000 MT per day, and can be expanded as per market requirement, loading capacity can handle up to 8,000 DWT
BARGING AND TRANSHIPMENT
Coal bound for export must be transshipped from the barges onto the bulk cargo vessels at designated of Taboneo or Muara Satui, South Kalimantan
