ANTI-SLAG COAL ADDITIVE

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DISPETROL FT-P is an innovative dry powder, slagmodifying coal additive agent developed specifically to inhibit slag formation in coal-fired boilers; hog fuel boilers, kilns, municipal incinerators, and other units prone to slagging.
In addition, existing deposits are gradually penetrated, creating fragile, crumbly cleavage surfaces, which permit ease of removal by soot blowers or other clean-up methods.
Typical dosage of DISPETROL FT-P will vary depending on the nature of the problem as well as the type of fuel or combustion unit being treated. Typical dosages range from 100g to 1 kg per tonne of fuel depending on the severity of the problem.

 

METHODS OF APPLICATION
Dispetrol FT-P can be dispensed from shipping containers by means of chemicalmetering pumps or suitable measuring
containers. It can be used as is or can be mixed with solvents and other adjuvants dilute ready-to-use fuel oil containers.
Condition based on Dispetrol FT-P should be fed into the line transferring the fuel from the tank car or tank truck to the plant tank or
bunker. Alternatively, the product can be added to the bottom to the top of the storage tank will be helpfully obtaining through
distribution of the Dispetrol FT-P.

 

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
As a general guide, initial dosage recommendation is 1 kg of Dispetrol FT-P for 1 tonne of coal.
Further dosages down to 0.5 : 1000 may be adequate based on operating experience and results

 

PACKAGING & HANDLING
DISPTEROL FTP is shipped in 25 kgs, 50 kgs paper bags.
