Buyer and Seller sign contract and lodge and
Endorse with respective Banks. 
Buyers Bank issues pre-advice LC or Bank
Comfort Letter (BCL) , to the effect that the
Bank will execute Bank Guarantee, upon
Presentation by the Seller of PB
Sellers Bank issues POP to Buyers Bank
Sellers Bank issues 2% PB and activates L / 
C or bank guarantee / SBLC. 
Shipping
SGS signs BOL verifying Quality / Quantity
BOL transmitted to Buyers corresponding
Bank
Funds transfer to Seller
