Fish Crunch are processed Tilapia. They are deboned, dried and salted. Preparation includes deep frying in hot cooking oil until color turns light golden brown. It takes no more than 2 minutes to cook. When cooked, they are crunchy. Best served as breakfast meal with steamed or fried rice with vinegar dip.
