Groupers are high value marine finfish with great demand both locally and internationally for the export market. Prices are ever increasing and the market is fast growing. They are easy to culture in ponds and cages. Tiger Grouper is the most demanded species in Hong Kong and it is now for the first time available in the Philippines: A Great Business Opportunity! Other species that are available are Green Grouper and Mouse Grouper.
